As the City grows, the need for housing increases.
New state ordinances and laws have changed the density limits for some R-1/R-2 properties that are within a certain distance of the Metro Line and high value bus lines.
These changes need to be weighed against the desire to keep R-1 neighborhoods intact and to consider increasing density along commercial corridors.
OAC will work with City officials to keep this balance.
