This project was a 1.8M grant won by the Westside Neighborhood Council through the Metro Call for Projects Program.
The scope of the project is 1.27 miles along Pico Blvd from Patricia to the 405 freeway. The project was funded in 2017 and started in 2022. Some aspects of this grant still need to be implemented as of this writing.

- New ADA compliant ramps at intersections
- 50 new trees

- Lighting at Bus Shelters
- Decorative Sidewalks

- Pedestrian activated light at Westwood and Tennessee
